Try parking further away from the entrance to where you are going in order to get some extra steps in.

If you are at home, try putting on your favorite TV show to watch while you are completing your strength activities.
Listen to music, a podcast, or an audiobook through the duration of your strength activity.
Try doing one more rep of the strength activity at the end of each set.
Make sure you are not hungry and have enough water to last you throughout your entire cardio session.
Break up your cardio session into smaller segments, i.e., 5 minutes of walking, 5 minutes of running, etc., until you meet your time goal.
Recruit a loved one (this includes pets!) to make your next cardio session fly by.
